Saarland University and the University of Alicante hosted the first two presential modules in German and Spain last week.Twenty-five deans and vicedeans of Central and Latin American Higher Education Institutions attended those 5-day modules to develop and improve their competence in Quality Management, Research Management, Human Resources Management, Internationalisation, University-Industry Cooperation and Strategic Planning. 

The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), the German Rectors’ Conference (HRK) and the Universities of Alicante (Spain) and Saarland (Germany) jointly organised this new edition of the DIES-International Deans’ Course for Latin America that started on Monday, 10 October 2016.
